David R. Burroughs
Dave Burroughs` career in civil engineering began in 1981, during which time his responsibilities have included providing planning, design and construction services for water works system, transportation and wastewater system projects in Northern Illinois.
Currently he is responsible for project management of work involving the infrastructure of municipal projects and the site development of commercial, industrial and residential projects. He has extensive engineering and management experience in the private sector in land development, subdivisions and contract administration.
David began his career in civil engineering as a volunteer with the Peace Corps, providing rural development project design and construction in the country of Thailand.
He is an active member of the American Public Works Association (APWA). He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, Wisconsin.
