EEI Announces Promotion of Todd Wells, PE, CPII to Project Manager and Head of Construction Group

Todd has been with the company for 17 years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. In this new role, Todd will be responsible for scheduling and leading EEI’s team of resident engineers and construction technicians.
