Corporate Learning Committee: EEI encourages individual professional growth supporting employees in their pursuit of ongoing education and skill development. We encourage employees to engage in professional development activities, trainings, and be active in professional associations. We also help support professional/technical society memberships and participation.
Our mentor program pairs an experienced and trusted advisor who shares their knowledge and experience with their mentee. The goal of the mentoring program is to promote professional development and increase, capture, and transfer institutional knowledge to support the company. It also provides a sense of community within EEI and promotes a culture of generosity and open dialogue.
Every summer we host an internship program that allows students to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment as well as acquire new skills by means of continuous on-the-job training, and mentoring provided directly by EEI staff. We offer internship opportunities in our Civil, Construction, and Surveying departments.
