Bradley P. Sanderson

• Brad Sanderson currently serves as Chief Operating Officer / President of Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI). He began his career with EEI in 1995 and became a Principal with the firm in 2005. He has extensive experience in a wide range of infrastructure projects including in the areas of water, wastewater and transportation. Brad also has several years of experience in general municipal engineering and has served as City / Village Engineer for several communities.
He is a licensed Profession Engineer (PE) in the State of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Brad also holds a Certificate of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has completed ACEC’s Pathways to Executive Leadership Program.
Brad is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA). In 2018, he received the Donald C. Stone Excellence in Education award from both the APWA Fox Valley Branch and the Chicago Metro Chapter, and it is one of his most cherished career achievements. This award recognizes outstanding achievement by individuals supporting continuing professional education for public works professionals. Brad is a proponent of continuous learning and development.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, and doing anything outdoors.
