Chief Financial Officer / Vice President

Denise M. Migliorini

Denise Migliorini currently serves as Chief Financial Officer / Vice President of Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI). She began her career with EEI in 1985 and became a Principal with the firm in 2004. She leads the Administrative, Accounting, and Human Resource departments as well as the Facilities Management of the firm. 

At EEI, Denise serves on the Executive Committee, Social and Volunteer Committees, and the Corporate Learning Committee to foster and support the Firm’s commitment to achieving its purpose, promise, and values.  Together through collaboration with the executive team, they embody their values to create a culture that attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals.  In 2023, EEI was voted by its employees as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago.

Denise graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.  She has her Leadership of Aurora certificate from the Greater Aurora Chamber of Commerce and holds a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering. She currently serves on the Board of Between Friends Food Pantry in Sugar Grove.
