MONTGOMERY PARK FLOODWAY IMPROVEMENTS
Village of Montgomery, Illinois
The Montgomery Park Floodway Improvements included compensatory storage and floodway conveyance design due to impacts to the floodway and floodplain of the Fox River for construction of park improvements. The design was done in accordance with the Village of Montgomery and Kane County’s stormwater ordinances. Coordination was done with the Village and Montgomery Park District to ensure that the functionality of Montgomery Park remained unchanged and valuable trees were not harmed.
