WINS TWO SPECIAL AWARDS FROM ACECIL March 2009 – (Sugar Grove, IL): Forty-six Illinois firms were recognized for excellence in engineering before an audience of over 400 engineers, clients and government officials at an Awards Luncheon held February 12, 2009 at the Drake Hotel, Chicago.
