Plant upgrades included a new brine building addition, new chemical pump equipment, steel tank rehab, a new concrete underground storage tank, well rehabs, and other miscellaneous site improvements. The project also included the design of various modifications, loan procurement, project manual and specifications, and construction observation and management services.
