MILL STREET BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS
Village of Montgomery, Illinois
EEI provided design and construction engineering services for the Mill Street Bridge improvements over the Fox River. The improvements consisted of bridge deck patching, bridge deck sealing, expansion joint repair, parapet wall repair, installing new railing on the south parapet wall, blasting and re-paining the parapet wall and decorative bridge arches, blasting and re-painting of the steel bridge bearings, and installation of decorative LED rope lighting on the bridge arches.

- Coordination with IDOT during design and construction
- Full bridge closure requiring detour coordination with IDOT
- Installation of new railing on south parapet wall
- Bridge deck patching and expansion joint repair
- Blasting and re-painting the bridge abutment bearings
- Installation of new multi-colored LED rope lighting on the bridge arches
