EEI Receives Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces 2025 Award

The Chicago Tribune recently identified EEI as a 2025 Top Workplaces award recipient, which indicates Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) has continued to prove its level of commitment to its employees.

This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by an employee engagement technology partner. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among others.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

The winning companies were recognized on November 5th in Chicago. The full list of winning companies has also been published in The Special Section Magazine.

“We are extremely honored to be one of the companies to receive this award,” says Brad Sanderson, PE, Chief Operating Officer / President at EEI. “Our achievements are built on a foundation of support and collaboration, and this award reflects the commitment and effort of our entire team.”

“This award is a reflection of the exceptional people at EEI and the culture that we work together to cultivate,” says Jeff Freeman, PE, CFM, LEED AP, Chief Executive Officer. “We are immensely proud of our staff, who remain dedicated to advancing excellence by creating a workplace that champions innovation, embraces our values, and encourages teamwork and collaboration. With this culture of excellence, we attract and retain a top-notch team that continues to innovate and drive us forward.”
