USEPA Finalizes the Primary Drinking Water Rule (April 2024) 
On April 10, 2024, EPA announced the final National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) for six PFAS including PFOA, PFOS, PFNA, HFPO-DA, PFHxS, and PFBS, which includes five individual Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) and four of the six selected constituents regulated via a Hazard Index calculation.
